About Career Calling Mentors
A mentoring network that matches job seekers with experienced professionals, part of the Career Calling family and CAQA Groups.
Why we started
Finding work is easier when someone who has been there takes the time to explain how things really work: what employers look for, how people got their start and what to try next. Many job seekers, especially people new to Australia, changing careers or coming back after a break, do not have that person in their network.
Career Calling Mentors connects them with professionals who are glad to help. We check every mentor, match people thoughtfully and make every introduction ourselves.
Part of the Career Calling family
Career Calling Mentors is a service of Career Calling International Pty Ltd, part of CAQA Groups. It sits alongside Career Calling Coach, Advice, Resume, Volunteer, Jobs and Courses, so a mentee can find the next kind of help when they need it.
What we stand for
Our principles
Free for mentees
Mentoring here costs job seekers nothing. Our mentors give their time as volunteers.
Checked, every time
We check every mentor before a profile goes live and confirm every match before an introduction.
People first
Matching software helps you find a fit, but people make the decisions: you, your mentor and our team.
Honest about what mentoring is
Mentors share experience and perspective. We never promise jobs or outcomes.
One conversation can change the next step.
Ask for a mentor, or offer an hour of your experience to someone starting out.
